1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

3 Account Registration

To use real-money features of 639jl53, you must register an account. The following conditions govern registration:

4 Account Security

6 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification (valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership).
• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible (the "return to source" principle).
• 639jl53 targets processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers follow Instapay/PESONet operating windows and may take up to 3 business hours.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 639jl53 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the 639jl53 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 639jl53 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 639jl53 content without express prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

• 639jl53 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
• 639jl53's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player and take effect immediately.

• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying the player of time spent in active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

13 Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 639jl53 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where an account is closed for regulatory compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment source following completion of any required compliance review.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 639jl53 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
